NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 1, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006908-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for The Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-20CB Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-20CB, Plaintiff and James N. Kordomenos are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on June 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
