NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 30, 2012, and entered in 2009-CA-007619 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and ELLEN L. DUERR; RICHARD J. DUERR JR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ELIZABETH DUERR are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JUNE 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 192, DESOTO LAKES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
