CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2004-3 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2004-3 is Plaintiff and DONALD R. SUTTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD R. SUTTON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
