NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 010342 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL PEACOCK JR, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE SAMUEL PEACOCK, JR. AND VICTORIA L. PEACOCK JOINT REVOCABLE TRUST; VICTORIA L. PEACOCK, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE SAMUEL PEACOCK, JR. AND VICTORIA L. PEACOCK JOINT REVOCABLE TRUST; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6TH day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK A, LESS RIGHT OF WAY IN RPB 3, PAGE 17, 3RD ADDITION TO VAMO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE (S) 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
