NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004533 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and EDWARD A WRIGHTSON; ENGLEWOOD PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; CATHERINE WRIGHTSON A/K/A CATHERINE C WRIGHTSON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, ENGLEWOOD PINES, AS SHOWN IN THE PLAT/MAP THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
