NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 015515 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT GEURDEN A/K/A ROBERT M. GEURDEN; ROBERT GEURDEN, INDIVIDUALLY, AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERT GEURDEN REVOCABLE TRUST A/K/A ROBERT M. GEURDEN; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A OLIVAR DE'VISSCHER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1891, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 15, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
