NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 003601 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and KAZIMIERZ SOSINSKI; MARIA SOSINSKI; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A NATALIYA KUDELKO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 35 AND 36, BLOCK F, WARM MINERAL SPRINGS, UNIT 52, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
