Notice is hereby given that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 25, 2010 in Civil Case No.:09-CA-018635, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and, JEFFRY L. RAMBO; GREGORY WADE RAMBO; JULIANA WHETSELL PRITCHARD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A JUAN BORGES; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 A/K/A BECKY DOE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida at 2:00 p.m. on July 9th, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, OF TAMPA OVERLOOK SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 2 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
