NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 016338 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE6, is the Plaintiff and Kerryanne P. Jessup, Timothy P. Jessup, Chestnut Creek Master Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Dream House Mortgage Corporation, a Rhode Island Corporation, The Isles of Chestnut Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 5th day of June 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
