Jessup, Timothy P. Jessup, Chestnut Creek Master Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Dream House Mortgage Corporation, a Rhode Island Corporation, The Isles of Chestnut Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 5th day of June 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
