NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-014483 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, HUBER D. VELASQUEZ, et. al., are Defendants, I wil sell to the highest and best pidder for cash at 800 E Twiggs St Rm 202, Tampa, Florida, 33602 at the hour of 2:00 pm, on the 7th day of June, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 132, EAGLE PALM PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGES 11 THROUGH 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
