NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30th, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-003421(G) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P.,, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY D TORBERT; LINDA L TORBERT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 2 pm on June 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL I: THE SOUTH 886.00 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 3/4 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

PARCEL II: THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 3/4 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
