NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-015488, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and NHAMAN TON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NHAMAN TON; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 4th day of June, 2012 the following described real property in Hillsborough County , Florida, , on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

This property is located at the Street address of: 4907 BRADFORD LANE, TAMPA, FL 33624.
