NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated May 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 020052 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER S. WRIGHT A/K/A CHRISTOPHER WRIGHT, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Notice of Lis Pendens, to wit:
Unit 25A, Building 7, Lake Arrowhead Condominium, Phase II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 1434, Page 1232, et seq., as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 20, Pages 27, 27A through 27M, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
