and commonly known as: 7821 North St. Vincent Street, Tampa, Florida 33614, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL. 33602, on June 4th, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
