NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-009786 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP , Plaintiff, and, JOSE MATA AKA JOSE I MATA, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 9:00 AM, on the 14TH day of JUNE 2012, the following described property:
LOTS 9 AND 11, BLOCK G, REPLAT OF IRVINGTON HEIGHTS, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3 AT PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
