AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and PATRICIA M. FITZGERALD A/K/A PATRICIA FITZGERALD; __, AS THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA M. FITZGERALD A/K/A PATRICIA FITZGERALD, IF ANY; ASSOCIATION OF WOODSIDE VILLAGE EAST, INC.; JOHN DOE, OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION; are the Defendants, KAREN E. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
