SCOTT MONDROand LUCAYA COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS, INC are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 18th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14, PARCEL “A” LUCAYA COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS, SECTION THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 820, PAGE 557, AND AS AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGE 15, 15A THRU 15B, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
