Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 009358 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series (FHAMS 2006-AA6), by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement is the Plaintiff and . SCOTT MONDROand LUCAYA COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS, INC are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 18th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14, PARCEL “A” LUCAYA COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS, SECTION THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 820, PAGE 557, AND AS AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGE 15, 15A THRU 15B, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
