NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3rd, 2012, and entered in 12-2267 DIV A of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and EVELYN NIEVES-LEGNAME; SCOTT LEGNAME; THE VILLAGES OF OAK CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MARCIA ROSE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10 A.M. on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on July 9th, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 12, PARKWAY CENTER SINGLE FAMILY PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 8102 MOCCASIN TRAIL DR, RIVERVIEW, FL 33578.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
