NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 27th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-022825 (F), of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of September 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-FM2 is Plaintiff and CHRISTIE WILLIAMS; DANA C. WILLIAMS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash 2ND FLOOR OF THE George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602 at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 4 OF BLOOMINGDALE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 24, Of The Public Records Of Hillsborough County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
