NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-006770, DIVISION: D SECTION I RF, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is Plaintiff, and WILFREDO E. RETANA; BEATRIX CELSA RETANA; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 12 day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 36, OF RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL “K” AND “P”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 293, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 11412 Mountain Bay Dr, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
