NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-002640, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and CAROLYN STREAT AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES A. STREAT, III, DECEASED; CAROLYN STREAT, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK, UNIT NO. 40, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
