NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 7, 2012 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-009992, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY (BB&T) is the Plaintiff, and, CHARLENE MCPHERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLENE MCPHERSON; QUARTER AT YBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC ; and unknown or TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the George Edgecomb Building at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, in Room 201-202 at 2 p.m. on June 12, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 116, Building 11, The Quarter at Ybor, A Condominium Together with Undivided Interest in The Common Elements, According to The Declaration of Condominium Thereof Recorded in Official Records Book 15311, Page 1006, as Amended from Time to Time, of The Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE ALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
