LOT(S) 38, BLOCK 21 OF CARROLLWOOD MEADOWS, UNIT 4 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 81, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
and commonly known as: 14139 ARBOR HILLS RD, TAMPA, FL 33625; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on June 06, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
