THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS 2004-AB1, is Plaintiff and CHANTELL L. MARTIN; FITZALBERT O. MARTIN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR WASHINGTON FINANCE, A DIVISION OF AIG FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 14, HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 3D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
