NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of September, 2010, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Andrew Dew Leung Chu, Individually and as Trustee of the Chu Family Trust Dated November 2, 2000, Yeeho Chu, Individually and as Trustee of the Chu Family Trust Dated November 2, 2000, Chu Farm, Inc., Sharon Chu Salyer and Rojas Law Firm, LLP, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, 2nd Floor, Tampa, Florida, 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on the 13th day of June, 2012, the interest in real and personal property situated in Hillsborough County and described as:
