NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-17792, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-3, is Plaintiff and KEVIN BUPP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN BUPP; RYAN CARROLL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYAN CARROLL; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29 & 30, BLOCK 106, TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT #3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
