NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-023697-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and LEU FREYCINET, COUNTRY RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., SAUNDRA L. FREYCINET and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of June, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 56, COUNTRY RUN, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 89 through 91, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
AND
Beginning at Northwest corner of Lot 56, COUNTRY RUN, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 89 through 91, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, thence South 47 degrees 52'
24” West 129.24 feet, thence North 36 degrees 25'55” East 140.52 feet; thence Southeasterly 29.56 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
