NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated on May 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-00124, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N. A., AS TRUSTEE OF THE DEUTSCHE ALTA MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-OA3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. MURPHY; CLERK OF COURTS, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; EAST KALEY STREET HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MARDIAN BLAIR; JOAN BLAIR; PENELOPE D. MURPHY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A CORINA MARULLO; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on July 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A portion of Lot 5, Block A, Wilmayelgia, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book P, Page 4, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block A, said Wilmayelgia; Thence N90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds W. along the North line of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, a distance of 282.46 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence N89 degrees 50 minutes 47 seconds W. along the North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 22.96 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 5, and the point of beginning; thence 800 degrees 52 minutes 34 seconds W. a distance of 89.85 feet to a point; thence N89 degrees 14 minutes 49 seconds W. a distance of 21.86 feet to a point; thence 800 degrees 47 minutes 13 seconds W. a distance of 20.00 feet to a point; thence 889 degrees 14 minutes 49 seconds E, a distance of 44.96 feet to a point on the East line of said Lot 5; thence 800 degrees 47 minutes 13 seconds W. along the East line of said Lot 5, a distance of 24.901 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 5; thence N89 degrees 50 minutes 47 seconds W. along the South line of said Lot 5, a distance of 49.96 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 5; thence N00 degrees 47 minutes 13 seconds E. along the West line of Lot 5, a distance of 135.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 56, thence 889 degrees 50 minutes 47 seconds E. along the North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 27.00 feet to this Point of Beginning.
Subject to and together with: a 10 foot agress-egress easement, centerline being the West line of said Lot 5.
Subject to and together with: a blanket pedestrian access and agress-egress easement from the South line of said Lot 5, forward to the rear of the two story building.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
