NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated on the 14th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-04697, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and ZACHARY A. KRAEMER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA COHEN HAYNES A/K/A BARBARA COHEN AKA BARBARA COHEN-THOMAS N/K/A BARBARA COHEN AKA BARBARA COHEN-THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZACHARY A. KRAEMER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LILIE COOPER WARREN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
