NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-12131-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein MOREQUITY, INC., is Plaintiff, and CHARLES J. GUILFOYLE; CARMEN J. GUILFOYLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARMEN J. GUILFOYLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES J. GUILFOYLE; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., A CORPORATION; AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; DISCOVER BANK; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A NATIONAL CITY BANK; THE HAMPTONS OF ORLANDO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LYDIA GARDNER, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of August, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, THE HAMPTONS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 56 AND 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
