NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 7, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated August 27, 2009, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-8609-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and CERES EXAVIER; CHERYL M. GANTT EXAVIER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
LYDIA GARDNER, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 10, LAKE FLORENCE HIGHLANDS PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE(S) 53 AND 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
