NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-6519-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff, and STACEY ANN ZINGONI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STACEY ANN ZINGONI; ORANGE TREE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LYDIA GARDNER, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 7th day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, OF ORANGE TREE COUNTRY CLUB UNIT ONE DR. PHILLIPS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 115, 116 AND 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
