DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 01, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-HSBC1 is Plaintiff and JULIO RODRIGUEZ; MARITZA BORGES; JILLIAN RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JILLIAN RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANCO POPULAR NORTH AMERICA; ISPC D/B/A THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY; SANDPOINT AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 75, SANDPOINT AT MEADOW WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 25 TO 27, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
