Unit Week 06 in Unit 25, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Philip W. Richardson, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 924 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32804, on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
