Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 25, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 3736, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 65, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 3A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11386 STARFLOWER AVE, ENGLEWOOD, FL 34224; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on June 15th, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
