Final Judgement was awarded on August 06, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 36-2009-CA-050509, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and, WILLIE LEE CHRISTMAS; ESTER CHRISTMAS; JANE DOE N/K/A DELPHINE WOODARD; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 14 day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 10 and 11, block 8, charleston park, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 8, page 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
