NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed May 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2011-CA-054921 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 13 day of August, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 4890, UNIT 74, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 111 TO 131, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
