NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed May 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-065155 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23, is Plaintiff, and ARLENE C. GOLLADAY, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 77, UNIT 16, GREENBRIAR, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
