STOKES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION DBA DITECH.COM; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A STEPHEN HUNT; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on June 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
