GUERRAZZI A/K/A RONALD GUERRAZZI; DENISE GUERRAZZI; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on August 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 514, UNIT 13, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 56 THROUGH 60, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
