Notice is given that pursuant to a final judgment filed May 11, 2012 in Case No. 11-CA-052995 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which MONTGOMERY BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY PARADISO, CYPRESS PINES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, RELIANCE BANK, FSB, THE OLD FORT BANKING CO are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on June 12, 2012 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Lee County Justice Center Complex 2075 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Ft Myers, FL 2nd Floor Civil Office Lobby in accordance with § 45.031 Fla. Stats, the following- described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 32, Cypress Pines, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 41, of the Official Records of Lee County, Florida, said point being on the Northerly right of way line of Lake Vista Circle (30' wide) thence run North 7Ëš57'37” East for a distance of 142.41 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 32; thence run North 87Ëš24'03” East for a distance of 59.74 feet; thence run South 12Ëš53'36” West for a distance of 154.22 feet to a point on said Northerly right of way line of Lake Vista Circle and a point on a curve concave to the South having a radius of 120.00 feet, a Delta Angle of 21Ëš50'36”, a chord bearing of North 81Ëš40'36” West and a chord distance of 45.47 feet, thence along said curve concave to the South for an arc distance of 45.75 feet and to the point of beginning.

Being the westerly one-half of Lot 32, Block B, Section 9, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Cypress Pines, Lee County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 39 through 41, inclusive, of the Official Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 after the sale.
