Final Judgement was awarded on May 14, 2010, in Civil Case No. 09-CA-066055, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is the Plaintiff JOSEPH RAYMOND RICHARD ; ANNA M. RICHARD A/K/A ANNA MARIE RICHARD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on June 13, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK D, RIDGEWAY SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 152 TO 154, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
