Unit Number 5-C of OSTEGO BAY II CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Declaration thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Official Record Book 2657, Page 92, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration.

At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on June 14, 2012, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
