NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 28, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-064851 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and BRUCE C. GREENSTEIN; MARICEL ZAGADO, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 15 day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 AND 14, IN BLOCK 3225, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, AT PAGES 2 TO 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
