NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 10, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2008-CA-051896 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein countrywide home loans, inc. for the benefit of nb holdings corporation, Plaintiff, and DOREEN SCARCIOFOLO AND ___ SCARCIOFOLO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOREEN SCARCIOFOLO, IF MARRIED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; jane doe a/k/a linda spires, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 15 day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 102 AND 103, OF SPRING WOODS MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, UNITII, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, AT PAGES 56 THROUGH 58, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER WITH A 1994 DOUBLE-WIDE STONER TRAIL MOBILE HOME, BEARING VIN NUMBERS FLFLP70A21561SK AND FLFLP70B21561SK.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
