NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-054090 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ARMINDER GREWAL, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A CONNIE STEINER, AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A STEVE STYNER, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 13 day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 27 AND 28, BLOCK 3190, CAPE CORAL UNIT 66, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOOK 22, PAGES 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
