NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 11, 2012 and entered in 09-CA-065323 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is a Plaintiff and HANS F. SEEBO; FREDLYNN SEEBO; GRANDE ISLE TOWERS 1 & II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PROSPERITY POINT MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 22 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on June 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 103, PHASE II, OF GRANDE ISLE TOWERS I & II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 04304, PAGE 4037, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.- a/k/a 3221 SUNSET KEY CIRCLE, #103, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33955.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
