NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed May 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-062678 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Ronald D'Amico and Valarie D'Amico, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, June 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 189, BLOCK E, OF COLONNADE AT THE FORUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, AT PAGES 72 THROUGH 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
