BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP. (hereafter “Plaintiff'), is Plaintiff and JOHN E. DRAKE; RHONDA L. DRAKE; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A ADAM DRAKE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 14 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK E, SHELL MOUND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
