ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA10, Plaintiff and, AMAL ELSHERBEINI, et. al., are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on June 18, 2012, on the Real Foreclose website Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes for the following describe property:
LOT 20, BLOCK 3, LEHIGH ESTATES, UNIT 6, SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15 AT PAGE 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
